Graphic Designer.
The Graphic Designer is responsible to create and develop creative assets for Team Red Dot’s use across platforms. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or a related field. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and the knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
Key Accountabilities .
- Design and develop creative assets for social media, including static posts, carousels, GIF’s and video content.
- Create and maintain high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, presentations, event branding and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials, adhering to Team Red Dot’s visual identity and guidelines.
- Manage an inventory of artwork, videos, logos and other print and digital assets for easy access and future reference.
- Develop logos and branding elements for various campaigns and initiatives.
- Research and monitor design trends to incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into marketing materials.
- Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager and cross functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver engaging visuals.
- Optimize and edit videos and motion graphics as needed for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with external print vendors to ensure high quality production of printed materials.
- Maintain an organized workflow, ensuring timely delivery of creative projects.
Qualifications .
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual arts or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Knowledge of video editing and animation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
